MOTHER'S DAY HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Insalata Con Mandarino
Dress Salad as Desired, Shake to Coat, Top with other included ingredients.
Maiale Alla Griglia & Creamer Potatoes
Preheat Oven to 375◦ (Use Same Oven)
Toss potatoes with garlic butter to coat. Season with salt & pepper if you like. Arrange them on a sheet pan. Roast for 20 min or until fork tender.
Remove and toss with fresh parsley and serve.
Place Tenderloin on a sheet pan. Roast for 20 min in oven.
Remove. Before slicing, let meat Rest for 5-10 min.
Slice to desired thickness, and serve with Baines sauce, as you like.
Grilled Asparagus
Microwave grilled spears just until hot. Squeeze grilled lemon over top and serve.
“Commonwealth Tart”
*DO NOT OVERHEAT * Slightly warm tart in the microwave (about 20 sec). Move the tart to a plate to serve. Top with chilled Bourbon crème Anglaise.
